The good thing about themed events is that SO much of it works together beautifully. I don’t think I have ever blogged 5 sponsored items in the same post. I am also very impressed at all of the designers in Tlalli – The Fair Around the World. I don’t know the exact percentage but it seems like all of them made their items available to blog. In a time where I see a lot of posts complaining about NOT getting items from events, this is certainly NOT the case with the fair. In turn, this makes me want to blog as much as I possibly can for them.
I also did something I don’t think I have done (maybe one other time) and that is changing my look. Now I am not Latina in real life like my shirt here claims, but I do have dark brown eyes so I darkened my virtual eyes to match, darkened the hair, added some freckles and lush red lipstick. Now I think I can get away with wearing the shirt without looking like a blond haired, blue eyed duck out of water who took that wrong turn at Albuquerque!
