I am loving this new house from DaD Virtual Living!  If you are ready jump into spring with a new home that is full of light then you will want to check out the Hillside House at Uber.  It is a modern, two story with large windows and an open air living space in the middle of the lower level with rooms on either side of that and an outside staircase that leads to 3 more open designed rooms on the upper floor.  It really has a great amount of space and has a land impact of ONLY 68!

I have landscaped with some beautiful creations from The Little Branch.  The Southern Magnolia Shrub is an animated, four season shrub with beautiful white blooms perfect for spring and beyond.  On the right side of the house we have the Tulip Tree.  The Tulip Tree is also an animated, four season tree that will provide the perfect amount of shade.  Both the Southern Magnolia and the Tulip Tree are available at the main store.  Happy Monday!
