Having a swimming pool is a LOT of work but boy I wish I had one. Back when I still lived in Michigan and my mother still had her pool, I could spend hours on a pool float, sleeping away the afternoon. I had one of those Intex pools for a while too and enjoyed that almost as much. I’m still waiting for my fence work to begin but it should be soon as my scheduled time slot was mid June. Maybe once that is complete I can get another small pool…it doesn’t need to be fancy or even very deep. Just big enough for a pool mattress and me!
