Nothing says tropical vacation to me like a straw hat. I am not generally a hat wearer, in fact the only time you will see me in one at this time of my life is if it’s winter….in Michigan…so let’s just say I have not worn a hat in years! However, years ago when I vacationed in the Mayan Riviera I DID wear an adorable straw hat on several occasions and I guess that is why associate them with tropical vacations now. In fact, this entire picture draws inspiration from that trip. It was a great time!
