Featuring ViSion and Lyrium

Exploring has always been one of my favorite things to do in Second Life. I still remember the amazement I felt when I first came in world. I mean you could do ANYTHING! Some stuff I wasn’t interested in at all. No being a vampire or a stripper for me thanks! That is actually is sort of funny considering I learned about Second Life from some friends that I had been playing Vampire Wars on Facebook with.

For me it took me right back to my love of playing Barbies when I was young…and I confess…I played Barbies until I was about 13…no shame either! *Laughs* I explored, shopped, surfed, went skydiving and swimming and thought I was scooping up some great fashion at Freebie Galaxy! Is that place still around?? Anyway, exploring is something I have always loved doing and I appreciate the time and effort others have taken to build something they wanted to share, regardless of skill level. We all start at the beginning when learning something new, right?

I started a gallery on my Flickr a while back that includes photos with landmarks of places I want to explore and my location for this photo was one from that list. This is Alexandria, an Egyptian themed region that I really enjoyed exploring and thanks to a little extra eyeliner I was channeling Anck-Su-Namun, from The Mummy, in no time. The landmark is in the credits if you want to go check it out for yourself.

My featured items today are this super sexy Night Shine Dress from ViSion and a new release, Sora, from Lyrium. The dress is available in great color and includes a matching panty.
