Halloween is right around the corner now and if you haven’t gotten your candy to pass out to the kiddles yet, you better get on it. I love how this photo turned out and it brought back memories of taking my daughter trick or treating when she was little.
Our Halloween tradition was the same for many years. It started with trick or treating and then coming home and dumping the haul onto the floor to sort it all out to see what she got. When she was little that was followed by It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown and as she got older we graduated to Most Haunted, a British paranormal show. One year they were live for the whole evening and you could watch cameras that had set up around the location via their website. We had so much fun that evening running from the TV room to the computer room and trying our best to play along with the idea that all those dust motes might actually be ghosts!
She just informed me that Most Haunted was on Hulu so even though she is in Michigan and I am in Alabama we plan to spend our Halloween evening “together” watching reruns of Yvette, Karl and Derek doing their thing!
